MASTROTIG 350 LAB – Inverter welder for pulsed AC/DC TIG and pulsed MMA.
MASTROTIG 350 LAB is a modern welding generator, fully microprocessor-controlled.
Designed to handle the most complex welding operations, it can weld all ferrous metals in DC, including common steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, and in AC for aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys.
It delivers 300 Amps in direct current and 270 Amps in alternating current. The power supply voltage is three-phase 400 Volts.
- The control panel with a color display allows for easy adjustment of the welder.
- The welder offers complete control of all welding parameters and provides many useful functions, such as “HF Smart” precision spot welding, “Pulse Start” pulsed start ramp, and “Smart Arc Control” for thermal input management of the arc.
- DC Pulsed welding (up to 10 kHz) improves penetration control, making it very useful for thin sheets and stainless steel parts.
- The “Easy Pulse” function facilitates use for less experienced users, automatically managing the parameters based on the set current.
- The Pulsed AC process is dedicated to aluminum welding.
- Other functions, such as AC MIX for alternating between AC and DC, “Extra Fusion” for controlling the fusion phase, and the selection between different waveforms, make the work easy, precise, and productive.
- The AC Easy function simplifies use for less experienced users by automatically managing frequency and balance of the alternating wave based on the set current.
- Pulsed and synergic MMA welding: the quality and dynamics of the arc vary based on the electrode coating (rutile, basic, etc.). Pulsed welding facilitates work by reducing thermal input to the joint being welded.
MASTROTIG 350 LAB is equipped with a connector to connect a wide range of remote controls. Among the available accessories, a cooling unit for the TIG torch is included.
